Paying Guest and tuition for Groups

Application Form

A paying guest is a person who is staying in a family who wishes to either work or study and has a full immersion in the target language.
The board consists of a single room with a bed, wardrobe, and a table or desk. Meals are provided (breakfast and evening meals) packed lunch (if required), laundry is taken care of by the family. The person is independent (according to age) but is expected to fit in with the family.
Language tuition can be arranged in or around the location of the stay; tuition will be in a group of 5 to 6 students per class with tuition given by a native tutor minimum stay 1 week. Please give us specific requirement for the tuition: E.g. 2 - 3 hours per day / intensive courses, English for business etc.
 
The transport is not included in the price and applicants must arrange his/her own transport. Candidates are expected to make their own way to there own family (if you encounter any problems, please contact Interhome Language Services.
The person needs to be covered with travel insurance, accidental damage and theft during his/her stays in the family, E111 (photo copies of documents required and sent to Interhome before departure: E111, Passport and insurance certificate). A close link is maintained between the host families and the organiser as they are all interviewed and visited beforehand.
 
Price List per Student:
 
-1. One week in a family
      Price         £178   (please note - children/teenagers in England go to school in July and finish school at 16.00 hours)
 
 
 
-3. One week in an English family  +  activity
       Price:   □    £268.00   Family + English tuition (10 hours group tuition per week 2 hours per day)
 
-4. One week in an English family with English tuition and activity
       Price:   □     £313.00 Family + English tuition (15 hours group tuition per week 3 hours per day)
 
An initial £100.00 deposit is required. Full payment is required 4 weeks before departure.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation by the student, 50% of the deposit/payment will be given. After the departure date on refund will be given. If Interhome cancels the stay, a full refund will be given. We advise our students to take cancellation/travel insurance. Return of the student before the official retuning date will be at the student’s expense.
 
N.B.   Any further stay with a present family can only be rebooked through Interhome Language Services
